Fawkes & Reece is on the hunt for a Senior Contracts Manager to oversee three projects located between North and West London. This freelance contract is for 3 months although it is highly likely to become longer or even perm. In this role you will work for a respected house builder and oversee projects which are RC frame, apartments with some traditionally built houses on one of the developments.

You will be responsible for overseeing the construction of three RC frame, residential developments. Each project has a site based project manager, although you will be responsible for ensuring delivery, quality, safety and programme. You will report to the regional director and also work closely with the commercial department, technical and sales teams. The ideal applicant will have a proven background in house building and more importantly strong experience managing multiple projects.
