Up to £8.55 per hour
The right candidate will be responsible for producing weekly payroll and operational reports, producing weekly shift plans and booking any required cover, managing any complaints & taking incoming phone calls.
The successful candidate should be reliable, organised & efficient with a Positive Can Do attitude. You should be a good team player that is able to deliver high levels of customer service, with an excellent telephone manner and good communication skills. Customer deadlines require the ability to work under pressure to tight timescales, so an ability to prioritise & organise workloads, then work to the plan will be important.
The role will generally be PC & system based, so the successful candidate will need to be highly numerate with a keen eye for detail & accuracy, and have a good working knowledge of Microsoft applications is essential (intermediate Excel, plus Word & Outlook)
