Application Support Analyst (JIRA) £40K London Required Strong in JIRA, technical and userfacing documentation, Project planning and problem resolution.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Application Support Engineer to work for my highly established media client providing user management, training and support for JIRA to SSO (Share Service Operation) & Client.
Create and maintain detailed technical and userfacing documentation, training materials and reports
Collaborate on problem resolution, team decisions and project planning
Provide recommendations to end users and leaders on best practices and standardization in implementing and leveraging processes within JIRA
Determine ways to optimize and improve JIRA setup and process workflows and identify where functionality can or cannot meet user request
Support multiple projects, including setup and management of users, project roles, time tracking, security, SLA management, plugins and addons
Customize workflows for multiple projects and create custom fields, new issue types, workflow statuses, transitions, postfunctions, file configurations, mandatory fields and workflow schemes
