We offer worry free retirement living with flexible housing options that provide the level of support our customers need, when they need it, whether that is independent living apartments, assisted living accommodation or housing with additional care. We enable our customers to live an independent lifestyle and offer a wide range of services and facilities to support this.

As part of the continuous development of our service, we now have an exciting opportunity for three Extra Care Assistant Managers to join our Independent Living Team based at the following locations:

Tithe Lodge, Southam
Queensway Court, Leamington Spa
St Bedes, Bedford

The Area Manager will be responsible for delivering excellent housing and services to older and vulnerable customers in Extra Care Schemes. You will support the Extra Care Manager to ensure the smooth running of the scheme and deputise in times of absence.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the delivery of a front line support service. You will have skills in people management and customer engagement.
