Title: Administrative & Finance Assistant

Salary: 25##### ######GBP
The Role: This is an administrative role that consists on providing effective administrative assistance to one of the Senior members of an Engineering & Renewable Energy company.
Someone only available to work on a parttime basis will also be considered.
Within others, your responsibilities will be:
- Performing basic accounting records and expense functions.
- Updating the Data base and other administrative tasks.
- Processing basic invoices.
- Issuing invoices such as staff costs.
- Processing time sheet and expenses.
- Creating presentations on Power Point and running Excel Sheets.
- Fluent English.
- Around 23 years of working experience in a role within Admin or Finance Assistance.
- Background in an engineering or manufacturing company would be preferred but not exclusively.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Strong communication skills spoken and written.
- Experienced with the main Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint).
