THE COMPANY: In your new role as a Business Development Manager you will be working for one of the largest manufacturers of chemicals used in the construction industry for waterproofing purposes. This is a multinational organisation with a highly regarded specialist product range. Established for over 70 years, the business continues to go from strength to strength.

THE ROLE: This role forms an essential part of the sales process for the company. As a Business Development Manager you will be working alongside commercial property management companies and architects to gain specification within the construction and refurb process. Tasked with leading this specification process you will be bring the companys chemical products to market for the purposes of waterproofing and weather protection.

THE PERSON: To be selected for the Business Development Manager role you should be highly experienced in specification sales within the construction market. You should be well versed in delivering CPDs and answering technical questions surrounding a heavyside product. Most of all you will be a sales person dedicated to achieving and hitting your targets.
