Highly regarded and well-established Ipswich firm seeks confident Commercial and Residential Property Lawyer.
A fantastic opportunity has now arisen for an enthusiastic and tenacious lawyer with a deep knowledge and understanding of commercial and residential property matters to join our client’s practice in Suffolk. The successful lawyer will work a caseload consisting of a range of commercial and residential property matters.
Buying or selling your home
Buying or selling investment property
Transfer of equity
Equity release plans
Deed of gift
Landlord and tenant disputes
Applications are encouraged from legal executives and solicitors with a minimum of three years’ PQE
Commercial and residential property experience is essential
Self-motivated with the ability to manage your workload effectively
Possess outstanding communication skills
Keen eye for detail and professional approach to your work
The ability to think laterally and approach issues creatively and collaboratively
