About the job
We are looking for people seeking to join a role with amazing training and incredible career development opportunities.As a Call centre agent, it will be your job to Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures. This includes candidate management, database maintenance and ensuring quality assurance compliance.
Typically, you'll be carrying out these types of duties every day:Obtains client information by answering telephone calls; interviewing clients; verifying information.Determines eligibility by comparing client information to requirements.Establishes policies by entering client information; confirming pricing.Informs clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information.Deal with general queries relating to contracts, pay, logistics etc
To be considered for the role you must have:Have good communication skillsBe able to gain people's confidence and put them at easeBe persuasive, persistent and patientBe able to cope with pressureBe flexible and adaptableHave a mature personalityHave good organisational and administrative skillsHave the ability to prioritizeHave good IT skillsBe able to work to deadlinesSales experience would be of great advantage but absolutely not essential
