About the job
Service Administrator required for our client, a specialist Fire and Security Company based in the Nottingham area. They are seeking a Service coordinator with 35 years of experience working in a service department to join their growing team. The company is undergoing a period of rapid expansion and are seeking ambitious individual who want to grow and progress their career.
The Helpdesk Coordinator will be required to schedule engineers visits to sites for both planned and reactive service and maintenance works nationwide. It is envisaged that the successful candidate will have previous experience of working in a service or maintenance department & have an excellent customer service background. Whilst also living within a commutable distance of the companys offices in Nottingham.
