Reference: A4042Description: A post has arisen within the School of Health Professions, Faculty of Health and Human Sciences to support a research project entitled: "Web-Based Physiotherapy for People with Multiple Sclerosis (WEB-PaMS)".
You will be responsible for the set up and day to day running of this project at the Plymouth site. They will also be responsible for the assessment and prescription of the exercise programme for participants in the intervention group, and the set up and monitoring of this via the website.
This is a multicentre study involving the University of Plymouth, University of Glasgow, NHS Ayrshire and Arran, and NHS Lothian. The post holder will work with the Project Co-ordinator, based at the University of Glasgow and locally under the guidance of Dr Jenny Freeman. This project is funded by the Multiple Sclerosis Society.
You would be expected to have experience of working with people neurological conditions, and more specifically those with multiple sclerosis.

This is a part-time post working 2 days per week over 24 months. You will be based on our Northern Campus at Derriford, Plymouth.
