JOB TITLE: Business Development Representative

LOCATION: London/South East

PACKAGE: £3035k basic, £55k OTE, 25 days holiday, pension, laptop, phone.


Founded in 2005, our newest client has established themselves as a leader in the LMS space.

They provide a SaaS based learning management tool allowing organisations to facilitate the management measurement and delivery of their corporate elearning programs.

VC backed with looking to grow their London sales team.

Offices in Toronto, Athens, and Dubai with a list of clients including; Gucci, Loreal, and Thomson Reuters.


You will ideally have some player/manager experience in a lead generation capacity.
Our client would also look at a Senior BDM that has been a top performer and looking for a stepup to management.

Ideally, experience in the software space.

Our client is also open to other backgrounds; Recruitment, Advertising, AdTech would all be of interest.


Player/Manager role responsible for generating appointments for senior AEs as well as managing a team of 4 BDRs.

You will also be responsible for recruiting 2 more BDRs.

Selling a sophisticated and market leading SaaS based LMS product.

Targeting Chief People Officers, Chief Talent Officers, L&D departments.

50/50 split between new business and management.

Leads sourced via, marketing dept, events. You will also be expected to prospect off your own back.
