CRM Business Analysis Data Warehouse Dynamics CRM Customer Journey
A brand new and exciting role has just arisen for an experienced Business Analyst to be part of a large scale CRM project. Working with sales & marketing on all CRM (Dynamics) projects this is an exciting programme of work looking at ways of improving and enhancing the customer journey, reengineering sales and marketing processes and enabling change supported by technology.
What you will do
You will lead the implementation of the new business process model and the standardisation of processes to enable the successful implementation of new digital services
Review and understand the purpose of current processes, working with key stakeholders, Business Analysts, Subject Matter Experts and senior management to propose ways which our processes and systems can become more efficient.
Working closely with other members of the programme team to deliver key milestones, and ensure an efficient and quality delivery of the programme.
What you will have
Knowledge of Dynamics online 2016
Equivalent industry certifications (ISEB or BCS)
Demonstrable experience of business analysis and Dynamic configurations
Good understanding of business process improvement (focus areas for this role are operations, sales and marketing)
Previous experience of reengineering sales and marketing processees and projects involving digital customer journey.
Previous experience working on CRM / Data projects
Excellent communications skills with the ability to deal with senior stakeholders
