Motivated and ambitious Commercial Property Lawyer sought for a highly accredited Stourbridge practice.
Working alongside senior fee earners, the successful solicitor or legal executive will manage a diverse caseload under minimum supervision and be confident with high-value property transactions.
• Sale and purchase of leases
• Estate development
• Rent reviews
• Landlord and tenant work
• Auction property sales
• Agricultural property matters
• Acquisition and disposition of premises
• High-value retail property work
• Business development, networking and marketing
• Ideally, a newly qualified and above solicitor or legal executive with experience in commercial property matters
• Excellent drafting and negotiating skills are beneficial
• Possess top class client care and communicate well, both verbal and written
• Undertake business development, marketing and networking initiatives
• Seek genuine progression within this area and in a reputable firm
