Asbestos Site Analyst Birmingham

£26,000 £30,000 + Benefits

Our client is a highly successful UKAS accredited environmental consultancy that are recognised as one of the leaders in the industry across the whole of the UK. Due to being awarded a large number of projects over the course of this year, they are seeking 2 x Asbestos Site Analysts to join their energetic team and cover projects across the Midlands region

Asbestos Analyst Duties:

Responsible for conducting Asbestos Air Tests, Asbestos Fibre Counts, 4Stage clearance testing in accordance with HSG: 248
Liaise with clients and members of the public daily
Use PCM (Phase Contrast Microscopy Techniques) for all analytical work
Submit relevant reports through the TEAMS software and produce relevant certificates on site

Essential Requirements:

BOHS P403 + P404/RPSH3 qualified
Additional BOHS P402 qualification is highly desirable
Minimum of 2 years field experience
Up to date knowledge with the health and safety legislation in relation to asbestos
