We have a fantastic opportunity to work for a Household name based in Peterborough. You will have previous and relevant Customer Service experience either working within a retail or hospitality environment, contact centre experience is not essential. You will be motivated by providing an outstanding customer experience and be adept at speaking to customers from all walks of life.

This job is on an initial temporary basis of 12 months moving to permenent after this probation. You will be required to work 37 hours a week including some weekends.

Responsibilities Include

• Taking inbound calls from customers

• Adhering to company procedures

• Ensuring all features and benefits of the products are discussed in full
