A great role has come up for an experienced and reliable Finance Officer with great customer service to join a closeknit team within a very busy finance department. The role will be on a temp to perm basis and is based in South London.
Reporting into the Finance Manager, the role will have the below key responsibilities:
Ensure that payments are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
Liaising with suppliers and ensure that payments are in line with the organisations policies and if not, to be able to question these.
Provide excellent customer service regarding payments made by the organisation with internal and external clients. Ensure that invoices are processed efficiently to ensure that contractors are paid on time.

The successful candidate must:
Be able to work accurately and efficiently with great attention to detail. Have great communication and customer service skills.
Be able to hit the ground running. Previous experience in a similar role within a not for profit organisation is essential.
