Location: Wallington, Surrey
Integral are currently looking for an established Financial Administrator to join one of the head offices based in Wallington, Surrey. As a business we require an experienced and knowledgeable administrator to be involved with one the companies largest singular contracts. The successful candidate will be a required to work Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm and also offer support occasionally outside of those hours if needed.
Part of a team responsible for providing financial support to our client portfolio
Raising Invoices.Prepare and submit Applications for payment.Managing work in progress (WIP) reports on a daily basis.Processing and inputting time-sheets.Update Internal and client systems where required. Resolving staff and client invoice queries
Experience and Skills:
Demonstrable experience in a similar role and environment.Good working knowledge and use of Microsoft Office packageOperationally and technically minded.
Excellent interpersonal skills.Good written and verbal communication skills.Self-motivated.Adaptable and flexible approach to work requirements.Customer focused.Able to work under pressure and to time frames
All candidates will be required to provide valid proof of Right to Work in the UK and ID at interview.
