Are you an organised individual who's committed to excelling in their role? If yes, Citidwell are looking for a talented Junior Lettings Administrator to join the team in London.

Citidwell is an innovative sales, lettings and property management company based in London. We exclusively sell, let and manage contemporary high-end apartments and commercial properties in unique mixed-use developments, primarily in the London area.

Junior Lettings Administrator responsibilities:

Ensuring all paper and electronic files are complete and up to date.
Creating mailing lists for commercial enquiries and residential sales/lettings where required.
Ensuring database is up to date and all new enquiries are registered on the system.
Assisting with regular mail outs and newsletters to tenants and applicants.
Assisting with keeping the website up to date with new instructions and news.
Organising inventories and attending check-in inspections with new tenants.
Ensuring all new deposits are registered on the DPS and keeping records.
Organising check-out inspections
Checking measurements of properties with existing floor plans.
Liaising with Facilities manager to get all maintenance issues logged and resolved.
Ensuring all landlords are recharged in a short time frame for works carried out.
Ensuring payment orders are raised where required and that suppliers are paid on time.
Liaising with accounts to ensure all landlords receive accurate monthly statements.
Ensure gas certificates / EPC's etc are filed and available on request for each property.
Liaising with managing agents for the buildings
Dealing with local authorities in relation to business rates demands.
Dealing with utility companies when properties have become vacant and ensuring all payment are made in timely fashion.
Dealing with local authorities in relation to business rates demands.
Arranging for supplier invoices to be paid and administer in house software system.

The ideal Junior Lettings Administrator:

This role will be ideally suited to someone that has recently graduated from college or university or someone that is looking to gain experience in the London property market for the first time and is keen to learn and progress within the organisation. Key skills include:

Ability to work under pressure
Good customer service skills
Good negotiating skills
Accuracy and attention to details
Microsoft Office and Excel to a good level
Good Administration skills
An understanding of confidentiality and the use of discretion
