About the job

Sales Administrator

£18,000

Monday to Friday

As Sales Administrator, you will assist with the business growth by providing administration and telephony support, as well as assisting the wider department business functions. This is a really varied and busy role and will suit someone who is good at multi-tasking.

Main responsibilities:

Raise sales quotations
Process orders
Handle customer enquiries
Contact existing customer about promotions via the telephone
Process returns
Reception cover and much more

Skill Required:

Have a professional and friendly telephone manner
Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
Demonstrate a high degree of self-management
Be organised and able to meet deadlines
Be an energetic team player able to operate comfortably with their colleagues
Have high attention to detail and consistently high quality
