Midlands based PLC is looking to appoint a Qualified, highly technical accountant to manage the completion of accounts following a recent acquisition.
The client is looking for the following skills and attributes in the successful candidate:
Manage the end to end process of setting up the completion of accounts following a recent business acquisition
You must be a fully qualified accounting professional, ideally ACA, with strong technical and possibly audit background
You will have had good exposure to working within a number of companies through the acquisition process, and have had good hands on experience of setting up and working on the completion of accounts post acquisition
This role is to commence ASAP and likely to require a 34 month commitment
