This is the opportunity to join the rapidly expanding global CRM team for a leading luxury eCommerce company. Through your role as CRM Analyst you will use your analytical understanding of customer data to provide insights that will directly affect the brand at a global level, acting on an analytical and strategic level.
This company is a premier luxury eCommerce company offering access to high end goods worldwide. Driven by data and analytics, this business operates across multiple platforms and is now looking to grow its global CRM function to capitalise on its extensive customer data set.
Create and collaborative working
As CRM Analyst this role will see you join at a critical time as the company migrates to a new platform, offering the opportunity to get involved with new tools and AI. Using your analytically driven insights you will provide actionable insights concerning retention and customer lifecycle, going on to shape the customer profile. Through your technical ability you will shape the wider business, having a direct impact on global brand decisioning and proactively driving the business forwards.
Identifying trends and changes in customer behaviour
Focusing on acquisition and retention
Analysing email campaigns
Focus on the products what is on trend and what is in demand
The successful CRM Analyst will have:
Advanced SQL with use in a commercial setting
An interest in fashion and luxury goods
Solid understanding of Excel
A background in customer analytics
A salary of £35,000 £40,000 dependant on experience + bonus
50% discount on products
