This Ofsted Good school based in Crawley are looking to add someone to their happy and exciting KS1 team. The school wants someone who will teach the exciting curriculum in a way that motivates, engages and enthuse all every child. The ideal candidate will be able to identify each childs differences and unique talents in order to then tailor lesson plans to ensure they are able to get the most out of every child. Currently the school educates approximately 630 pupils in a inclusive environment, making sure that every child is able to make fantastic progress.
This school are wanting someone who will be able to adapt lesson plans to suit every individual who will be confident working across the KS1 years as well as the lower KS2 years. Ideally they would like someone who will ensure each child is happy and loves learning in a way that will then lead on to them being the best that they can be. This school is looking for someone to start in their KS1 year on a flexible basis with the potential to become permanent, to start in January.
