Cisco Contact Center Support Analyst is required by our wellknown consulting client to carry out BAU changes, upgrades, and developments for a number of enterprise customers.
*Carry out UCCE / UC BAU changes for a number of highprofile enterprise customers.
*Develop and maintain technical processes as per customer requirements.
*Develop a strong understanding of customers technical landscapes, requirements, and SLAs.
*Must be enthusiastic about Cisco networks, keen to learn, and willing to attend training sessions.
*Experience with Cisco Contact Center products Reporting, voice recording, and similar.
*Experience with Cisco UC Products.
*Experience with Cisco HCS systems.
*Cisco UC and / or Contact Center training or accreditations are beneficial.
*Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
*Willing to undergo Security Clearance.
