Lexcel accredited firm in Bedford seeks an Immigration Solicitor.
Our client is currently in search of a solicitor with solid experience in business and private immigration. The successful candidate will report to the supervising partner whilst undertaking a varied caseload of immigration matters.
• Instructing counsel
• Preparing bail applications
• Subject access requests
• Human rights
• Asylum matters
• Sponsor licence applications
• EEA applications
• Providing advice on migrant employees
• Extension applications
• Deportation and removals
• Applications are encouraged from solicitors with a minimum of four years’ PQE in both business and private immigration matters
• Possess a good knowledge of compliance
• Ability to manage a team is desired
• Outstanding business development skills
• Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
• Strong IT skills
