My client is a large, well established and award winning recruitment business that operate within specialist markets providing their partners with a unique business model. They work with blue chip, global organisations providing contract and permanent recruitment across the UK.
They are currently seeking experienced 360 recruitment consultants to work from their well equipped and stylish head office in West Leicestershire where the environment is fast paced, lively and fun. Alongside the normal 360 recruitment duties, the role will involve supporting, coaching and mentoring junior colleagues which will be reflected in the rewards package.

Your responsibilities will include:
Sourcing suitable candidates both locally and nationally
Engaging with candidates, qualifying their interest for roles and booking interviews
Developing new business
Writing innovative job adverts and posting on digital media and social networks
Supporting junior colleagues
Registering candidates face to face and over the phone and adding their details to the database
Keeping the internal recruitment database up to date
Networking from the current database and other group sites
Essential skills and Experience:
Minimum of 2 year 360 recruitment experience - any sector will be considered
Excellent communication skills and a professional manner
Strong PC skills including Microsoft Office
Good numeracy and literacy
Exceptional levels of organisation and self motivation
The ability to use your initiative but also be an integral part of a team
Some recruitment team leader experience is desirable
