A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a highly-motivated and passionate Registered Nurse to play a key role within this reputable nursing home. The home is set in beautiful grounds in a quiet Village, yet close to the M25/M40. The service provides care to residents whose needs are associated with dementia, old age, younger adults and physical disability.
This home is part of a reputable, market-leading healthcare company with excellent standards for providing effective, individualised care for all their residents. They have appeared in the 'Top 25 places to work for in the Sunday Times list' multiple times, and come highly recommended by current employees which makes this a very attractive opportunity and a highly sought-after company to work for.
We are looking for a Registered Nurse who displays the same desire and passion for care, showing integrity, kindness, and an ambition for personal development. The Home Manager is keen to invest time into the training and development of all staff. There are also plenty of opportunities to undertake additional training courses externally on top of the extensive in-house training.
