Job Title: Telesales Business Development Manager
Salary: £28,000 to £30,000 + £20,000 OTE
Hours of work: 37 hours per week

About the Telesales Business Development Manager role:
The primary role of the Telesales Business Development Manager is to identify prospect clients by cold calling, or other means of generating interest and plan persuasive approaches and pitches that will convince potential clients to do business with the company. Any prospects identified that cannot be closed over the phone and through Web Demos will be supported by site visits from our field-based business development team.
Working to improve market position and achieve financial growth the Telesales Business Development Manager outlines long-term organisational strategic goals, builds key customer relationships, identifies business opportunities, negotiates and closes business deals and maintains extensive knowledge of current market conditions.
We want you to have the freedom to build on your experience within a telesales and business development role. You are curious and have a keen eye for new business opportunities. You can work to targets and have good interpersonal skills as you will be building relationships with potential new clients.
You must have:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in telesales
- Experience of developing and converting business opportunities over the phone and enhance existing relationships
- Experience of providing regular reporting on performance against income targets, prospect pipeline and new discussion
