Willmott Dixon Construction is currently looking to recruit an Executive Administrator for a full time permanent position. Based out of regional head office in Farnborough, we are looking for a positive and passionate individual to join our family owned business.

The main purpose of an Executive Administrator at Willmott Dixon is to deliver an effective and efficient PA service to the Managing Director and board, ensuring the administration team and office are managed.
Deliver an effective and efficient PA service to the MD and board.
Prepare, collate and provide all necessary supporting documentation for meetings and appointments.
Take, prepare and distribute internal and external meeting minutes as required.
Ensure the office administration team is managed to meet business requirements.
Proactively project manage oneoff and recurring internal events and projects.
Ensure that company databases and systems are maintained and fully up to date.
Ensure effective office and facilities management.
Be a key point of contact for internal and external customers.
Essential and Desirable Criteria
Fully proficient with Microsoft Office suite of applications.
Minimum of 3 years experience in a senior administrative role.
Managing and delivering projects/events.
Experience of the Construction industry.
Member of the Institute of Professional Administrators or Institute of Administrative Management.
Prioritise and plan to deliver agreed objectives.
Manage multiple demands without losing focus or energy.
Reflect regularly on your own experiences and performance, and constantly seek to improve.
Model behaviour that shows respect, helpfulness, cooperation, and have a cando attitude.
Maintain high discretion when dealing with highly confidential information.
Recognise the importance of relationships and build these across the organisation.
Identify your customers needs and expectations and strive to deliver them.
Take personal responsibility for making things happen.
