This vacancy offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated academic to complement our existing criminology team by making an active contribution to the teaching and research agenda at University of Greenwich.
You will work closely with the Criminology team to help build a centre of teaching and research excellence for Criminology at Greenwich. The role has both teaching and research elements, with the successful candidate expected to deliver innovative teaching and produce impactful research publications, and bid for research funding.
All areas of teaching and research interest are welcome, but those with experience of applied criminology or developmental criminology are especially encouraged to apply.
You will be able to demonstrate a strong teaching and research profile and a history of obtaining grants would be desirable. For early career researchers, the potential to produce these outcomes would be sufficient. You will have a good degree (1 or 2:1) in criminology and/or a related social science discipline, together with a PhD.
