About the job
We are currently recruiting for an Account Opening Administrator to joining a leading financial firm based in Liverpool City Centre. This is a permanent role working Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm, close to local transport links, and offering a highly competitive salary of £18,500 and benefits package. We are looking for candidates with excellent attention to detail, strong administrative skills and knowledge of FCA regulations.
Creating client account opening forms
Ensuring that the various work streams handled by the team are completed accurately and in a timely manner
Crosschecking work completed by other members of the department to ensure maximum accuracy
Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
Lasing with various in house departments
Dealing with various queries from managers
Performing regular reviews to ensure that the relevant queues are running smoothly and efficiently and there are no outstanding forms requiring processing and approving.
Assisting with project work, training and offer support to other team members when required including creating/amending client standing orders
