I am working on behalf of a brand-new elderly and dementia Service provider that requires a
part time Registered Branch Manager for their Bradford based branch.
They are a small, family run business already offering exceptional care within the Bradford area. With only a small team they are already receiving excellent feedback from the community but they need a senior manager to guide them in the right direction with regards to business growth, CQC compliance and team management. They are currently delivering around 50-100 hours / week and are looking to grow this substantially over the next 12 months and beyond.
The Role: You will have the ability to advise and direct staff on the following:
Assist in marketing and promoting the service in the Bradford area and getting them recognised as one of the best in the region
Be responsible for the growth and development of the office, the service, operational staff and carer workers out in the field.
Accountable for quality & compliance ensuring CQC regulations and company policies are maintained.
Responsible for the recruitment and retention of staff in order to build the business.
Responsible for the day to day management and administration of the business in accordance with statutory regulations and company policies.
Seek opportunities to strengthen professional relationships with professional parties and identify business development opportunities.
Responsible for monitoring standards of care delivered by all care staff by observation and direct involvement.
This is a Part-time position with a view to becoming full-time, Monday to Friday
The Person: The Ideal Candidate will have:
Good knowledge of the Bradford area and potentially have professional relationships with the local authority and other professional bodies.
Relevant experience and proven successful track record as a registered manager within domiciliary care.
Knowledge of CQC regulatory requirements.
Experience of business development and growth to meet identified KPI's.
Strong leadership and management experience.
Hold the qualification of NVQ Level 5 or equivalent.

Salary: £17,000 + Performance Bonuses
