International Moving organisation in Aylesford, Kent, is looking for a Sales support Executive to assist with the delivery of Move Management to customers, as well as co-ordinate and deliver administration support services to ensure smooth and efficient running of the customers move.
- Processing invoices
- Supporting KL with purchase invoice processing
- Credit card payment processing
- Provide admin services to all Move Managers with all aspects of the service delivery for customers
- Answer the telephone, re-direct and take messages efficiently and in a professional manner.
- Inputting, updating and maintain database systems
- Co-ordinate and distribute incoming e-mails on a regular basis.
- Assist with scanning, copying, issuing and chasing of documents.
- Provide all other duties as may be required.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:
First class communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent Customer Service skills
Excellent telephone manner
Excellent computer skills especially with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
