Basic £25,000 plus OTE circa £40,000
Our client currently has an exciting opportunity in their Sales department, working as a Business Development Executive within the highly a successful sales team based in Milton Keynes.
The successful candidate will be selling and advising on a range of world class business improvement solutions to both new and existing customers across a wide range of business sectors. These solutions include a range of products and services such as ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 as well as identifying other opportunities to upsell and cross-sell into other business streams.
From converting initial enquiries right through to closing a deal, we require a sales person who is constantly striving to investigate, explore and understand customer needs in order to maximise opportunities.
This role is perfect for a highly motivated and customer focused individual with a passion for optimising existing customer relationships and winning new customers.
You will need excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as good interpersonal skills obtained from a desirable solution based business to business sales background.
Excellent sales, negotiation and presentation skills are essential to succeed in this role. You’ll use your strong interpersonal and influencing skills to confidently communicate complex technical issues to successfully encourage customers to expand their product range. You’ll also have a Degree level qualification, equivalent educated or a proven track record of significantly exceeding targets and expectations in a sales environment.
