The Internal Recruiter will support the existing Recruitment Manager in the advertising, sourcing and interviewing of new positions across the Stoke on Trent area and the wider NCG Group. You will be actively involved in receiving authorisation for roles, advertising them and proactively sourcing candidates through CV screening and searching, in order to find the latest talent to join our local services.

The Internal Recruiter Role:
As an Internal Recruiter you will be an instrumental member of the Recruitment team providing support to the business Recruitment Manager. This is a mixed and varied role and involves sourcing new candidates using a variety of channels, screening candidates both over the phone and on occasion face to face. You will also conduct administrative tasks including job advert writing, candidate and role tracking and low-level reporting. Reporting in to the business Recruitment Manager, you will also be liaising with hiring managers and senior stakeholders across the business. Duties include:
Sourcing candidates for live vacancies across our UK care settings through candidate application and job board searching
Gaining authorisation to recruit from hiring managers and senior stakeholders before progressing
Assessing each recruitment request received and advising on best course of action, to deliver an efficient recruitment campaign
Shortlisting candidates effectively based on the agreed role criteria
Telephone screening candidates to assess suitability
Attending recruitment events, in order to generate candidates and brand profile
Reviewing advert performances and reporting any trends and issues to the Recruitment Manager
Maintain internal recruitment trackers and external job posting systems, ensuring all are kept up to date
Understand and implement the key areas when delivering a strong candidate journey

Excellent communication and influencing skills
Ability to deliver results within set timescales
Experience within a recruitment environment, preferred
Flexibility to be able to travel on a national basis, from time to time
