Sage 200 Support Analyst £35K + Excellent Benefits
Due to a high performing year in new business and more customers, my client are looking to add to their support team with the acquisition of an experienced Sage 200 Support analyst. They will consider candidates that have supported other ERP systems but Sage 200 experience is preferred. This role will be split with working from their modern offices and working from him 1 / 2 days per week.
Liaising with Customers regarding their Sage 200 Systems, fact finding faults and working through issues and resolving in a professional timely fashion.
Escalating issues and liaising with the Consultancy team on faults.
Experience of administering Microsoft SQL Server
Assist with the Installation and configuration of various Sage software products and 3rd party addons
Preparation of library of bespoke reports, knowledgebase of known software issues and workarounds
Detailed Sage 200 knowledge, preferably with accreditations
Detailed Sage CRM knowledge, preferably with accreditation and detailed knowledge of customising CRM to meet clients requirements
Experienced in training of Sage software or other ERP products and 3rd party addons
Sage 50 knowledge
Good knowledge of Windows Server and Client operating systems.
Graduatelevel with IT knowledge (equivalent qualifications will be considered)
Confident, articulate and an effective communicator at all levels
Robust, persistent, persuasive and assertive
Good presentation skills
Ability to train, guide and advice clients on technical matters
Problemsolving skills and high levels of initiative
