Job Description:Provides assistance to the Cambridge-based Global Public Affairs team, primarily supporting the two Team HeadsManages multiple, sometimes conflicting, priorities in a fast-paced and demanding environmentPro-actively manages the calendar, schedules meetings, manages domestic and global meeting logistics and arranges domestic and international travel, including expenses reportsProactively manages budget and contracts and follows internal processes to ensure all contracts are put in place at the appropriate timePrioritizes and executes tasks with minimal direction or supervision. Handles confidential information. Compiles and prepares information for presentations using MS Office software with a working knowledge of Powerpoint and Excel.
