Get Recruited are supporting a reputable, highly successful business based in Leeds who are seeking an Administrator to join their expanding team.
As an Administrator, you will be required to handle inbound customer enquiries via the phone and email. Processing orders and liaising with suppliers will be part of the role, alongside checking order confirmations and ensuring that all orders are correct.
This role would suit a motivated, bubbly individual who is seeking the opportunity to progress their career within Administration. You will receive full training, alongside a generous package and a fantastic working environment!
Handling inbound customer enquiries over the phone and via email in a professional manner
Checking order confirmations for price and product discrepancies
Processing orders on the system
Creating purchase orders for suppliers
Liaising with suppliers on stock shortages and other issues
Printing courier notes
Previous administration experience is highly desirable
Knowledge of SAGE is advantageous but not essential
Excellent communication skills
The ability to multitask
Strong time management and organisational skills
High attention to detail
Ability to work to strict deadlines
Experience using Microsoft Office package
Salary up to £22,000
28 days holiday
