Looking for dynamic office customer service staffs. Responsible for various office job duties to include answer customers' concerns and questions for online/ phone call, handle customers' orders, create shipping labels etc.Requires:• Highly organized and detail oriented• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills• Learns quickly; takes initiative and self-motivated; flexible to adapt to changing priorities and anticipate needs• Customer focused and a positive attitude• Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Outlook• More Experience will be plus.Company pays 100% of full health coverage for employees, which are medical care, vision and dental.
