Harvey Nash is working with a global retailer to recruit a (2nd Line) Desktop Support Analyst for a short term cover (6 days) Start 1st Feb / must be available for the full 6 days, inlcuding a weekend.
As Desktop Support Engineer you will be required to:
Ensure the timely resolution of 1st line & 2nd line IT issues
Document root causes and implement remedies to prevent future incidents
Roll out new desktops and laptops to staff as appropriate
Key requirements include:
Experience of carrying out 1st & 2nd line support
Experience of troubleshooting complex IT issues
Excellent customer service skills
