This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced mortgage adviser to earn uncapped earnings in the largest independent estate agency in the South East of England.

The Opportunity:

During a period of growth, my client is looking to bring a mortgage adviser into their Loughton branch. Warm leads will be provided to assist so that you will never be short of business to write. Full administrative support is provided allowing the right candidate to focus entirely on their role.

What's Needed to be Considered:

Previous experience as a mortgage adviser or a similar role
CeMAP 1 qualified (or equivalent) minimum
Full driving license
Proven ability to meet sales targets in a high pressure environment
Resilience and determination
Ability to work long hours
Competitiveness and a desire to go above and beyond in the role
Excellent customer service skills
