The role:
This is an Inbound Customer Service role. Primarily this role is about providing the very best customer service. However, this will mainly involve dealing with a high level of inbound calls. The main aim is to successfully try to convert these inbound enquiries into sales calls. You will need to possess a fantastic level of communication skills which include strong persuasion and negotiation skills. This is not just about offering a great service but also about an ability to convert new and existing customers into purchasing/using the products that is why there is a generous commission scheme in place to reward the right individuals.

* An strong ability to convert potential customers
* Strong conversational skills and rapport building
* Ensuring all data is up to date and fully compliant
* Awareness of each department and the ability to direct customers to the right team when necessary
* The motivation to consistently over achieve on all targets and KPIS

For the position of Inbound Customer Service advisor we are looking for the following experience:

* Previous experience of working to targets and KPIS
* An ability to demonstrate the ability to work in a phone based environment
* Ability to problem solve and take ownership of each customer objection
* Unrivalled communication skills
* A passion for making £££s
