This roles primary goal is to assist in the maximisation of the company cash flow by facilitating the resolution of invoice disputes in a timely manner.
To act as a primary point of contact for dispute management.
Process dispute data received within agreed timescales.
To assist in the resolution of outstanding issues and help with preventative action.
To help identify trends in invoice disputes and aid in the identification and implementation of appropriate corrective action, providing focus on root cause.
To raise awareness of best practice in billing, helping to reduce errors at point of origin.
