Acorn Recruitment is seeking a HR Administrator for a School based in Thornbury, North Bristol.
If successful you will benefit from working in beautiful surroundings within a friendly team.
The role is to support the Head of HR and the HR Administrative Team in maintaining all aspects of Recruitment and HR matters within the School.
To Responsibilities include:
Placing Recruitment Advertisements
Organise and coordinate interviews
Complete all preemployment checks as required by our safer recruitment procedures Request and receive DBS disclosures
Preparing personnel files Updating Sage database and School Single Central Register
Recording absence and sickness certification General Administration and support for the main School office when needed
Qualifications or HR Experience Desirable
Applicants must hold or be willing to apply for a DBS
