Neighbourly Matters Assistant
Salary £20,000 £25,000 + Benefits
Our client is a planning and property consultancy offering their 60+ years experience to private and public clients across the UK. Their Bristol office is now recruiting for a Neighbourly Matters Assistant to join their successful team and work closely with the director of building surveying with work in the South West. The role is seen as a mentoring opportunity for the right individual to grow and mature as part of a team, and the great variety in the types of property our client works on means it would suit someone with a keen interest in the built environment. Graduates with a RICS accredited degree are encouraged to apply for the role but an individual with a construction or property based qualification would also be considered.
The role of Neighbourly Matters Assistant
Main Duties include:
Inspecting sites and undertaking land registry searches
Preparing photographic schedules of condition
Drafting Party Wall notices and awards
Conducting measured surveys
CAD drawing work on 3D models
Researching Local Authority design guidance
At least one years experience working within the property sector
Property based qualification preferable
Good communication and organisational skills
Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
Full clean driving licence
