Organisational Design Consultant Overview
Harvey Nash is working alongside a large organisation that is going through an organisational redesign and are seeking an OD consultant on an interim basis to work across multiple countries.
We are seeking an individual who has strong, senior level expierence in the Business Change space. Furthermore, the individual will be highly financially literate and understand the nuances between fixed term employees, contractors, PAYE and be used to working with a P&L.
In the first instance, the successful individual will be tasked with employing a capability assessment, reviewing and reporting on the existing organisational design and reporting on the now.
Our client has complex corporate structures and various cultures which means strong stakeholder management skills are essential.
Strong stakeholder management skills
Experience working in a large, complex organisation
Strong experience in both business transformation & organisational design
Must be able to understand the intricacies of satellite teams, head office teams & matrix teams
Previous experience of large operations (overseas)
Must be able to understand cultural differences, and cultural sensitivities
