Our leading UK Banking client are looking for multiple highly organised PMO Analysts to join their People Value Stream Business Management Team.
The postholder will own the coordination and submission of the Sponsor Committee, Quarterly Business Review and VS Outcomes Update. This will involve liaising with senior stakeholders and working to very strict deadlines. Good attention to detail and ability to keep track of multiple submissions is essential
The successful candidates will have solid backgrounds within a PMO function with a minimum of 4 years experience in the Banking/FS/Change sector. Candidates will need to hit the ground running and provide instant support to this busy function.
Collation and coordination of packs for key programme level meetings (planning meetings, programme board, steering)
Monitoring and Control of plans, change, RAID Action logs
RAID Management and Reviews with Workstream Leads
Active challenging of programme/ project manager inputs
Support finance tracking and budget/ business case preparation
