ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT START A CAREER IN TRAVEL

This is truly a great opportunity for a college leaver who has EXCELLENT English written and spoken language and a very close eye for detail to start their career within the travel industry, joining one of the fastest growing, highly reputable, international tour operators.

This role is highly administrative, you will create travel itineraries that must be both well written but accurate in their detail and you will be uploading customer and client information into the reservation systems. You will need to speak to customers by phone and email so its essential that you are a confident and accurate communicator.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must have a travel industry qualification or a distinct interest in a career in the travel industry
  • Excellent written and spoken English skills GCSE grade A or B in English
  • Confident communicator both in person and by phone and email
  • High attention to detail
  • Selfmotivated
  • Very organised
  • Proactive
  • High levels of customer service/care
