About the role
You will be working alongside industry experts to cost new contracts within the Facilities Management sector. You will engage with Bid Managers to develop win themes and strategies whilst also owning the estimating and cost model, ensuring its continued development. You will coordinate and liaise with colleagues throughout the bid team to develop compelling solutions and detailed pricing that delivers the agreed win themes and bid strategy.
You will have previous experience working as an Estimator, ideally within Hard Services and also have some knowledge of soft services. You will be working alongside the bid team to help successfully convert new business opportunities by providing accurate and competitive costings. You must have strong analytical skills and be a competent user of Microsoft Excel. This is a client facing role so previous client facing experience is essential allowing you to work closely with prospective and current customers to understand their site and requirements.
