Deputy Nursing Home Manager
Salary: Up to £39,998 + £1000 Bonus!!
Hours: Full Time
Time Recruitment are proud to be working with a reputable care group who has recently won an award for being one of the largest care home provider and we are seeking a Deputy Nursing Home Manager.
This traditional beautiful house has real good English feel factor to it, not only just with the garden features and ancient cedar trees it also comes with its own stunning lake. The home is based in Guilford and you as a Deputy Nursing Home Manager will be offered full support, training and development throughout your career which ever level you may be at.
The facility is of a large size with 83 beds, who welcome short term stay or long term care; they specialise in Palliative care, Convalescence, Respite and Parkinsons all areas of care offer quality standards of nursing.
The client truly believes to get the best service possible to all residents, staff should be trained to the highest standard and now are looking for a Deputy Nursing Home Manager to join their amazing team.

Our clients looking for a committed and confident Deputy Manager who will play a key role within the home, taking the time to get to know our residents and their families, so you can ensure the best possible person centred care is delivered.
As a Deputy Manager you will be responsible for creating and updating care plans to ensure they are accurately maintained for auditing purposes, maintaining clear, precise and uptodate medication records for all our residents.
The ideal Deputy Nursing Home Manager will take responsibility for all aspects and areas of care within the home, whilst promoting our key values of choice, dignity and respect.
You will always be seeking to share your clinical knowledge and experience, you will provide valuable support to members of the homes care team, offering valuable guidance and assistance. You will occasionally be expected to provide cover outside of normal hours, as required.
Other duties for the Deputy Nursing Home Manager include:
- Assist the Home Manager in the planning, directing and delivery of high quality person centred care.
- Direct and lead the clinical services within a nurseled environment
- Ensuring the quality of service meets the national minimum standards and CQC standards
- You will be required to undertake staff reviews, team meetings
- You will deputise in the absence of the Home Manager
