Customer Service Administrator
Salary: £340 per week, the equivalent of 5.6 weeks of paid holiday per year, Pension scheme
Hours: The hours of work are 9am to 6pm, or 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, 1 hour lunch, with a rostered Saturday Morning with time off in lieu during the week.
Job Type: Full Time - Permanent Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to join our clients Customer Services Department based in Bolton.
They are leaders in their field working alongside major insurers and supplying a first class service to their policyholders repairing and replacing windows and doors.
Main Responsibilities of the Customer Service Administrator:
- Receiving calls or instructions from our insurer clients
- Making calls to customers who have an insurance related claim; taking details and arranging appointments for our surveyors to inspect the damage
- Recording all information on our bespoke system
- Adhering to customer quality standards and service level agreements at all times
Requirements of the Customer Service Administrator:
Candidates should already have experience in a customer service role, ideally NVQ level 2 in Customer Service and be able to demonstrate great communication and organisational skills, be self-motivated, computer aware and have attention to detail
